Return Policy:

At this point Iva Luna is a one-person operation. Every item undergoes a thorough quality control for design flaws + durability and handled with care each step from my bench to the post office. With that said, I would like to admit that miscalculations & design fails happen. I will be happy to issue a full refund if:

  • You receive incomplete or damaged item

  • Your piece breaks within a week of normal use (most jewelry pieces are delicate, contain small parts and are meant to be handled with care). Normal use means that you can wear it on a daily basis, while limiting its exposure to mechanical damage and abrasive chemicals. 

If you ordered wrong size, color, material, etc., or changed your mind about the recent purchase you can get a full refund in store credit. In order to get a refund send an email to [email protected] with your receipt and the reason for return within a week from delivery date. Shipping costs are not refundable. 


Cleaning/Repair Services:


Currently, I can provide cleaning/repair services only for items purchased from Iva Luna. 

All custom orders and $100+ orders come with one complimentary cleaning or a minor repair service. If your item needs a major repair, under this offer you will get a $25 discount. Your service total will include the cost of materials + time spent on the repair ($25 per hour). Most of the major repairs at Iva Luna take less than 2 hours. Standard cleaning fee is $25. Feel free to email with any questions about repairs, including estimates. Please note that shipping cost will be added to the service charge.
